Our digital twin VariSim Delta powered by high-quality sensors within pipeline inspection and repair equipment allows MWS to provide a solution which will identify the root cause of network issues. Our digital solutions allow network operators to provide sustainable levels of leakage reduction, extend asset life, improve the quality of water, keep customers in supply, reduce supply interruptions and provide efficient water consumption in water stressed areas.

Digital Twins are data agnostic and can absorb existing customer data from smart meters or billing information, leakage detection equipment such as acoustic and pressure loggers, and monitor District Meter flows. Processing millions of calculations a minute, real time systems can predict residual asset life, spot restrictions, pressures transients or predict future bursts. Coupled with our high-quality sensor array we can also monitor water quality, temperature, pH, and sheer stress, allowing us to not only monitor the pipe network but also the age, distribution and quality of water supplied to customers.

There 50 years of hydraulic expertise paired with over 10,000 hydraulic projects has seen their knowledge and experience incorporated into VariSim Delta.

Intellitect Water Insight family - Telemetry and High-Quality Sensor Arrays

Morrison Water Services are the exclusive technical partner for Intellitect Water, providers of ‘Insight’ and the ‘Intellisonde’ range of products. Our chosen products for retrieving data from the water network, providing data to VariSim Delta. The Intellisonde family of products provide Trunk and Distribution mains monitoring in real time.

The unique modular design of the Intellisonde allows for the base unit to be deployed as a transient pressure logger which can then be upgraded to a flow and pressure probe or as a water quality device. The new sensor array allows for our digital twin to come to life and our devices work in unison with existing client devices.

Data from the Insight telemetry system is available on mobile devices and tables through the Insight app.
